1.Responsible for recording, tracking, and analyzing test data for material research and development, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of testing.

2.Responsible for writing feasibility reports for projects, analyzing and evaluating research and development plans for new products to ensure technical feasibility and market potential.

3.Provide material application solutions based on customer needs, and provide technical support and solutions for customers.

4.Responsible for developing material production process plans, optimizing and adjusting production processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.

5.Research and develop new materials, design the properties and applications of new materials, develop new products and solve related technical problems.

6.Write technical documents and reports related to material research and development, providing support for the company's technical consulting and product promotion.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, heat transfer, materials, energy, chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, or related fields, with experience in material research and development preferred.

2.Strong experimental skills and data analysis ability, proficient in commonly used experimental techniques and testing methods.

3.Good project management and coordination skills, able to effectively coordinate work between departments.

4.Good communication and collaboration skills, able to communicate and collaborate with team members and customers, and actively solve problems.

5.Innovative spirit and independent thinking ability, strong self-learning ability and team cooperation awareness.

6.Familiar with knowledge of material preparation, material property characterization, material processing, etc., and understand relevant production processes and quality control standards.

7.Excellent English/Cantonese proficiency is preferred; able to read and write English literature and technical reports proficiently.
